Louis Pun
In addition to his extensive experience with coffee and aquaponics farming in Hawaii, Louis is a passionate chef who is involved in every stage of the culinary arts. His unique approach to sourcing ingredients and hands-on involvement allow him to carefully select the best produce, resulting in a dining experience that is truly his own.
