So Farm so Good
So Farm So Good is the first large-scale indoor hydroponic farm operated by autistic youth in Hong Kong. We are dedicated to providing job opportunities for ASD youth while promoting sustainable modern agriculture to the public. Our produce is used in “The Edible Project,” an affiliated café, and we supply sustainable local farm produce to partner restaurants and the general public.

What to expect:

Introduction to Aquaponics
Tour Hong Kong’s largest indoor and rooftop aquaponics farm and learn more about the farming techniques behind aquaponics and sustainable farming.

Seedlings and Fish Feeding Demonstration (Optional)
Witness aquaponics in action through a demonstration of seedling and fish fishing. Participate in the process yourself!

Experiential Workshops (Optional)
We offer a diverse range of workshops from informative seminars on aquaponics and sustainable agriculture, to hands-on horticultural therapy and gardening experiences, come cultivate a greener future with us!

Our Farm-to-table service offers you and your loved one a memorable meal that uses fresh vegetables from our farm in Chai Wan.
